As we speak, the dozens of Pathway of Fame Nominees having flowed into the Pathway offices over the past couple of months are being opened, studied and vetted. To that end, we will soon know the names of the Class of 2024 to be formally inducted into the Pathway of Fame in September.
This year, something NEW – for the first time in the Pathway’s 25+ year history, inductions will take place at an evening event. Not since our special 25th Anniversary evening concert held on the main stage at Showplace Performance Center nearly two years ago, has the Pathway ever hosted an evening event. And never an induction.
But why not, as they say? There’s a first time for everything. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that the induction ceremony for the upcoming Class of 2024 will take place on Tuesday, September 10th at 7pm at Showplace Performance Center.
Once again, we will be blessed with the artistry of the ‘Heritage Trio’ – comprised of Barry Haggarty, Terry Finn and Ken DesChamps – who have graciously signed on to play on the main stage prior to the event commencing at 7pm. Feel free to have an early dinner either at home, or at one of our City’s fine establishments – then come on down to Showplace for a little ‘apres-dinner music’ as you await, in comfortable Showplace seating, the induction ceremony.
The event is always free to the public, and friends and family of the honoured inductees are always welcome to come, and show support.
